Arctic Chiller Group Sold to Trane, a Business of Ingersoll Rand

Fulcrum Capital Partners (Fulcrum) is pleased to announce the sale of Arctic Chiller Group (Arctic) to Trane, a business of Ingersoll Rand plc. Arctic is an internationally recognized manufacturer of modular and high efficiency chillers used in commercial and industrial HVAC applications. Arctic manufactures products under the Arctic Cool and ArctiChill brands and has operations in both Canada and the United States.

Ingersoll Rand is a provider of industrial and commercial products servicing a wide variety of end markets globally and has a portfolio of brands including Ingersoll Rand, Club Car, Thermo King, and Trane.
